1. Eligibility for Refunds

We understand that oral care is a personal choice. If you are dissatisfied with our products for any reason, please feel free to write to us with a candid feedback at sales@mintdrops.in.

Our oral care products, once delivered, are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the products. Therefore, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on these products.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Approved returns will be replaced and delivered within 7-10 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund:

In case you want a refund or replacement, email us images of the Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging, and Batch Number to sales@mintdrops.in within 24 hours of delivery. We require 48–72 hours to revert.
Kindly take a clear picture of the damaged or tampered part of the product/package. Please also share your order number and a brief explanation for the refund or replacement request.
We may contact you for damage/defect verification before issuing a refund or replacement.
  • Once approved, the replaced or exchanged product will be delivered within 7-10 days.
  • If approved for a refund, it will be processed and credited within 10-15 days to the original method of payment.
  • From the return date for complete refund processing, please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the original method of payment.

4. Refund Process

You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if:

  1. Package has accessories missing
  2. Damaged or broken bottles/pack
  3. Wrong product delivered
  4. Expired product delivered

For wrong products, keep the item safe and unused in original packaging with the invoice.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  1. The product is damaged
  2. No invoice is available
  3. Batch number or price is tampered
  4. Original packaging is missing

Please do not use the product you are complaining about.

Pilferage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds are not possible if:

  1. You fail to provide sufficient case details
  2. You do not provide images of the invoice, packet, or box

Refunds are not applicable for damages due to misuse, allergy, or during sale/promotion events.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No refunds for products purchased from other websites or marketplaces.

6. Exchanges

For defective or damaged items, contact us immediately. We’ll provide return and replacement instructions.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Important Note

Do not accept tampered or damaged packages. Mintdrops is not liable for post-delivery damage.
