Ordering & Shipping
Simply browse our products, add your favourites to the cart, and complete checkout with your delivery details. You can pay online or choose Cash on Delivery where available. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement Email confirming that we have received it.
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and standard delivery takes 2-4 business days from dispatch. During sale and promotional periods, dispatch may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders, subject to your location and serviceability. The COD option, if available for your pincode, will be shown at checkout, along with any applicable COD charge.
Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding our delivery to international destinations and will announce this on our website and social channels once available.
Yes. You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Please see our Orders & Cancellations page for details.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, expired, incomplete or incorrect, please raise a claim through the Returns & Replacements section of our website within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and supporting photographs. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement or a refund, as per our Refund Policy.
